Last year there have been quite a few notable changes in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services postulates. Their shifting from the (DRG) i.e the diagnosis-related groups to MS-DRGs (Medicare severity DRGs) come into effectiveness on the first of Oct. It completely changed the payment scenario for providers at the national level.
