The revised version of the symphony includes flute, 2 clarinets, 2 oboes, 2 horns, 2 bassoons and strings. Trumpets and timpani aren't included.
The symphony is divided into four movements as fast, slow, minuet, fast movement which is described as: Molto allegro, 2/2; Andante, 6/8; Menuetto - Trio, 3/4; Allegro assai, 2/2.
