Introduction

In psychology and philosophy, motivation is the impulse that drives a person to perform certain actions and motivates him in the completion of those actions. This term is related to desire and interest. The various schools of psychology have different theories about motivation stems and its effect on behavior. All contributors, from different perspectives, have presented different clarifying concepts that explain how it originates. To better understand human motivation, the theory that best describes it is provided by Maslow, the nested the reasons that every human being has or may have depending on your personal situation (Acemoglu, Pichke, 2009).

The motivation in employees of a company is vitally important because they give their all towards a personal or organizational goal. Work motivation is given by the ratio of rewards and performance, as these types of incentives or recognition given to merit assigned duties. Furthermore, motivational training might be used in order to train employees to motivate themselves in difficult situations. A highly motivated staff gives ideas, creative and innovative company that might be able to generate success for the organization (Acemoglu, Pichke, 2009).

Motivational training methods are different than the coaching that refers to the clients to help them achieve goals, their motivation and to increase the success rate. Through the use of the motivational training, the employees are able to use different strategies, through using the techniques so-called the mental exercises. The participants should attend seminars or coaching to increase their personal and professional capacity to overcome obstacles. Regarded as the founder of the motivational theories, Joseph Murphy was the first representative of positive thinking (Acemoglu, Pichke, 2009).

The contents of motivational training often come from areas such as humanistic psychology, behaviorism, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, business administration, marketing or coaching. A clear conceptual distinction to Mental Training is difficult, the approaches used in both motivational training and mental training are quite similar to each other. Motivational speaker does not have any kind of a professional degree to his name, so there are no regulated qualifications (Acemoglu, Pichke, 2009).

At a time when the work has changed direction and reorganization, where competition has become global, the motivation of staff at all levels of the company becomes a priority issue. Leaders are more than ever obliged to take into account the motivation of employees (Arthur, Bennett, et al, 2003).

Firstly, because of the fact that work is endangered because of the changing socio-economic development. It becomes less important in the eyes of employees, who somehow become spectators of their activity, the more that player; they see their margins diminish intelligence. Then, it is important to take into account the recent situation of competitiveness, which places employees at the center of improving productivity, making motivation a key factor in the success of the company. Finally, globalization, mergers, acquisitions and the extent of multinationals is increasingly felt.
