Introduction

Leadership is a crucial issue today where the borders have been opened to global trade, where organizations and companies are constantly in a constant struggle to become more competitive, which has meant that the people who are up efficient and able to give much of themselves to the welfare of the organization or company. True leaders are concentrated on doing the right thing, not only the right thing. That advice from organizational consultants is not new to the school leaders, whose lives are immersed in difficult ethical dilemmas (Beck, & Murphy, 1994).
