Before attending this session, I was really scared from the financial report because it makes me sick to read financial jargon use in the financial report. I personally feel that, now I have diverse knowledge related to the different type of financial statements ranging from income statement to cash flow statement as well as the different reporting standard used to prepare those financial statements. Now I have the ability to under the financial report material and interpret that material in meaning full ways. The course material is so beautifully design that it not only teaches us how to read and interpret that financial report, but also teach how to create financial accounts. During those sessions, we were given opportunities to look at the real financial reports and analysis it, which was the best part of those assignments. I really enjoyed the module 4 which was based on the balance sheet on Nybrostrand Company. After the completion of this course, now I can make my own financial decision based on the financial report data, Before attending this course, I didn't get any word from financial statement, and after taking this course, now I can claim that I know financial statement so well that I can identify good and bad aspect of the company's financials, and make recommendation accordingly. This course has brushed up my analytical skills a lot, and I want to give this credit to my instructor, who taught me so well that I never thought of it.

So far I have performed very well in this course, but I was not able to put all my efforts during this course due to my other commitments. Due to my interest in this course, it has become easier for me to understand the concept behind those numbers. I submitted all the assignments on time and secured good grade on those assignments. I would have better performed if I did not have different commitments other than this course and would have time to spend on my favorite course. If the difficulty level of those sessions long projects were set slightly lower than definitely it would improves my grade on this course. During this whole session I struggle a lot in preparing financial statement on Microsoft Office if this course includes some manual on the excel software, it may help me to perform better during this course and save a lot of my time, which I could spend on reading those books that are related to the course. Furthermore, regular quiz after every module may prove to be beneficial to the student in the class.
