Introduction

Nik kava reached a good understanding of the theories of critical thinking and decision making techniques, his first assignment revealed his lack of experience with real-world application of critical thinking and organizational decision-making techniques in the identification of the problems facing the management and evaluation of kava site for its first assignment of work.

1. The island of kava has not developed a plan for natural disaster relief and recovery to include rescue, emergency medical care, and resource management, recovery of cleaning, food and water resources, and educational resources. The investigation revealed the existing organizations that are available when needed.

2. Improving kava levels of education through general education and programs to support the transition of major works. AusAID works with organizations to develop and build educational programs.

3. The ability to provide widespread access to basic medical needs of the labor force and population of kava is a need to ensure a future workforce that is strong. Working with AusAID and to develop basic medical care initially, and a long-term plan to build a medical center through a partnership agreement with a medical organization.
