Culture of MBNA is different from giant Bank of America because, it has entrepreneurial spirit which was confidential. Employees of MBNA were enjoying their luxury life styles. MBNA provided facilities and, incentivized its employees by giving high salaries. The headquarters of MBNA was also luxurious and, lavish. MBNA has provided private yachts and corporate jets to its employees. Bank of America had no believe in size and, luxurious life but, believed in speed and acquisition. In short, it is concluded that culture of both organizations were different and, it seemed impossible that merger of both companies could work.
