A mentor is a person who is no less than a teacher, a tutor or even a leader himself. It is through proper mentoring, an employee is able to perform his or her tasks at the very best level and quality, and it is through mentoring an employee or the subordinate feels safer in the environment where he or she works in knowing that a senior and more experienced personnel is watching over them and assisting them in their task at hand.
In the simplest form of words, a mentor is defined as a person with credible skills and knowledge who shares all what he possesses professionally with another professional who is less experienced not experienced at all.
However, the following is a report in which I as a training manager at CH Computer House will discuss on the comments raised by Horace, Susan and the most respectful Steve on the views and their perspectives relating to the new mentoring programme in plan. Furthermore, a summary will also be provided which will deal with the overall mentoring plan and how its expenses and other matters should be dealt.
Report
As a training manager at the CH Computer House and one of the key personnel involved in the on discussion mentoring plan of the CH Computer House, I am honoured to address the issues that are raised by my fellow CH Computer House co-workers namely Susan who is the floor manager, Horace who is the home technical support manager and most importantly the founder of the CH Computer House Steve. All of their issues will be dealt one by one and a summary which will crystallize the operation of mentoring is also provided in the end.
