Introduction

The paper aims to present solutions to client's medical requirements. The aim is to fully understand what the patients are medically going through and then to refer the patients to the healthcare organizations which suits their profile and offers them the specialized treatment catering to their needs and aspirations. The circumstances surrounding the patients hold immense importance in recommending a healthcare organization to a patient's needs. A complete and thorough evaluation of the merits and demerits of the healthcare organizations proposed for medical services for the clients will be conducted.

Summary of Client

John McElroy

John aged 34 is suffering from depression since 2009, when he was diagnosed for a three week period. He is facing stiff relationships with his spouse and don't have any kids. John works at McDonalds as a store manager. When John was diagnosed with depression in 2009, he was advised to visit a counselor which he hasn't done till now. He is having good and bad days as a result of depression.

Lately his work performance has got affected due to depression, as he is unable to control his temper and get along well with his subordinates. If John is unable to address his depression problem then he can potentially get into big family and work problems. In the worst case scenario he may get divorced and lose his job as a store manager at McDonalds. He does drive which means that there is the likelihood of a major catastrophe if he loses his control of the car as a result of depression and may lose his life.

Sharon

Sharon age 18 is currently facing Schizophrenia and wants to leave her home. Her parents have supported her resiliently in this disease. Sharon's family will only support her moving into a new accommodation, if they believe that Sharon will be well looked after there. Sharon is a 10 grade school dropped out, who does not have any friends. She does not drive but can take public bus for commuting. Sharon is currently taking medication and seeks the help of counselor once a month at York Central Hospital. She needs a supportive housing environment where proper counseling is provided to her. She needs personalized services and attention for her disease.
