Introduction

The purpose of this study is to expand the boundaries of our knowledge by exploring some relevant facts relating to the analysis of different aspects of mens rea. We are a defense attorney. A prospective client has been accused of a crime. In this paper, we will create a set of facts in which there is a question of whether or not our client had the required mens rea to be guilty of the crime.
