Sir,

As you know that there was an exhibit in which I represented the company. I was successful in getting orders of $150,000 and $45,000 in total. Our total cost for the exhibit was $3,275 which I think is meaningful in the sense that we get so much business. In my opinion, exhibits like this should be our priority and we should participate in these exhibits. The exhibit was a success and that the results justify the expenditures.
