Mayor's Task Force Report 2009 on African Americans Black Flight Trend in San Francisco

Introduction

According to the 2009 report issued from Mayor's office, it can be interpreted that the black residents of San Francisco are currently engaged in the out-migration activities termed as “black flight”. This activity currently does not reveal any significant damage to the growth and financial condition of the state.
