Marketing is the Most Important Function of a Company
Introduction
Marketing acts as the face of any company or organization, the basic aim of marketing is to fulfill the needs of the customer and satisfy his or her needs. However, it is also very important to understand that the whole process of marketing tends to work in the convention with other wings of the company. Marketing helps any organization to identify its customers and then reaching out to those customers. The basic objective of Marketing is to allow any company or organization to reach out to its profitable customers with the right product at the right time (David, 1996).
Many experts tend to believe that the marketing is the most noteworthy aspect when it comes to serving the needs of the organization along with the needs of consumers. However, the other tends to cite their views in opposition to this idea. In the context of this paper, we wanted to shed light on the role of marketing and discuss whether it is the important function of the company or not. Different factors would also be highlighted in order to fulfill the requirements of the paper.
Discussion
Before moving further in the context of this paper, it is important to realize that marketing cannot be carried out; in isolation thus it should not be seen in isolation. The marketing department of the company or an organization tends to work in consultation with the other departments such as Research and Development.
