Introduction

The meetings are one of the most important tools of the administration in making decisions, coordinate activities, keep a team informed and reasoned running. Meeting can treat problems or situations with a group of people determined according to a purpose and according to a plan prepared by a director through a strategy. Company meetings are a modern tool of vital importance for the efficient performance of their activities. However, many of meetings in my company fails for not conforming to principles that allow technicians in a rational way to achieve the objectives proposed. This has resulted in the need to develop a method to provide those responsible for the conduct of meetings, those tools necessary to obtain a satisfactory result.

Discussion

Once the team created, businesses will delegate assignments to team for completion. Nonetheless, some groups will go wrong to do what they have conceived to do. High performance team must move toward the typical target. They must do this to generate the level of achievement that is greater than what can be produced by the person functioning on their own. Cross functional Team as the whole has to be superior to anyone of its individuals. This team must bond and be the actual force. First step is to look at roles people portray. The business that wishes to have the high performance team must look at its workers and come to the decision what roles best suited for them. However, finding proper placement for each member is not only obstacle the team may have to surmount. Challenges like diversity and demographic characteristics are familiar in the modern world of a thriving business (Boehm, 2007).

Ice Breaker

For ice breaking, there are many productive techniques. When you enter a meeting room and the other attendees as they arrive, it is usual to allow time for greetings and comments on topics of common interest, that have nothing to do with the meeting. This is important and can also "break the ice" which facilitates communication and brainstorming of participants, but be careful if the person chairing the meeting does not order and opens the discussion, the time can be lost is infinite. In order to make groups it gives the opportunity to people to know each other, whose objective solely based on breaking the ice. Motivation for further integration will be beneficial, which each group, seeks to know and the qualities of their peers. There need to create a relaxed atmosphere, which can be achieved through songs or traditional music that works as an icebreaker.

The meeting can also break the ice with a brief presentation activity. This will reduce tension and coldness and promotes communication and discussion. It is the simplest strategy; each member presented and expresses its expectations. The Coordinator can ask employees to write down their concerns or questions and then share some concerns with the group and try to dispel them.
