This paper intends to discuss the concept of managers as effective leaders. Management and leadership are two different things; however both the words are often used interchangeably. The major difference between managers and leaders can be seen in their ways of motivating people to work. The purpose of this paper is to make the reader aware about the significance of managers and leaders and the underlying relationship and differences between the two.
