According to the official Boeing webpage, the organization is the world's largest manufacturer of commercial jetliners as well as military aircrafts. Though Corporate Headquarters is in Chicago, nearly 160,000 employees span across the United States and 70 other countries. Not only does Boeing have a large workforce, but that very workforce is educated with 90,000 employees holding college degrees, of which 29,000 are advanced degrees (Boeing, 2009).
