He is outstanding from the other management gurus, as he does not preach people about his strategies and tactics; however, he never shows reluctance too, in sharing his own management strategies. One of the pioneers of home computing, Gates demonstrated himself to be as software applications guru and a technological visionary. According to industry analysts, he also proved that he was a shrewd marketing strategist as well as an aggressive corporate leader. What he does at Microsoft has influenced the generations. Being a person, with all the money in the world, he does not prefer just to get retired and play with money. Rather he stresses all of his resources, time, energy, on making world, a better to live.

Gate gained reputation as "The King of Software" by developing and designing innovational software for the personal computer.
