I believe that for any organization, the organizations structure is one of the main element. For the State of Montana's Department of Health Services and Quality, the organizational structure must be hierarchical. Organizational structure is the composition of the company's divisions. Company structure is established based on the scope and content of the problems, the direction, and intensity prevailing in the enterprise and documentation flows based on its organizational and financial capabilities.
Since, this department is linked to other department in the State of Montana, so the hierarchical or linear organizational structure will result in better co-ordination and employee motivation. It will bring better coordination and employee management. Organizational structure can be defined as how authority is considered through the relationships of the hierarchy, the way activities are distributed and specified, and how communication systems within organizations are established.
