Ans. Leadership is an important job and there are qualities that should be possess. Includes many characteristics such as; character, motivation, habits, traits, style, and skills. From the control aspect leaders must demonstrate personal character, set directions, have individual commitment, and engender organizational capability. To have effective leadership, a leader needs to give the subordinates directions and be able to motivate those subordinates in specific direction. They are more professional in general and people no longer have dictatorships in successful global companies. Managers are in general more competent and suited for their jobs. Leadership means inspiring staff to achieve demanding goals. Management style is all about investigating and satisfying employees' motivational needs.

Ans. It's important to note that when it comes to controlling respect the opinion of the employees and make decisions that will be good not only for the company but one that the employees can live with also. Leaders shouldn't be greedy or selfish. They need to understand the value of sharing, and know their success is the result of the efforts of many individuals

Ans. Controlling is a fundamental function of management. Controlling monitors progress and implements necessary changes. The controlling function makes sure that goals are met. When a manager is too controlling it interferes with the employees and other management of the organizations. In observing management in my organization they are very controlling. Some of the managers are controlling because they are in that position. The controlling that is in my organization on a day-to-day basis is not the same as the controlling in the readings. The controlling in the reading is a person who monitors, progress and implements necessary changes. Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling are the functions intended to result in a company being able to utilize its resources in order to accomplish goals.The first of the four functions required in proper management is planning.
