Managing stakeholders is very much important and necessary for any organization in order to carry all the business affairs smoothly. Companies must manage stakeholder groups, since a conflict can arise. In this regard must identify the most important, and in case you can not satisfy everyone, should establish or rank in order of priority according to their weight. Notably social values ??influence the weight that the organization gives each stakeholder. As such it is vital that those officials who have the care management stakeholders possess a global mindset, i.e., must be able to appreciate the beliefs, values, business practices of people and organizations that are from different regions and cultures. This does not introduce global mindset in terms of organizational culture, which refers to the comprehensive set of ideologies, symbols, shared core values ??throughout the organization, influencing the development of their activities.

Stakeholder analysis

Interested parties sometimes referred to as the participants or stakeholder's project is the individuals, groups, or entire organizations whose interests are affected by the implementation of any project results. Most often, the parties concerned are concentrated within the company the customer and the project. For interior projects, this is likely to management and staff units such as Client Company's top management, service material and technical support, personnel management, etc. For external projects range of stakeholders will need to expand at the expense of customers, investors, suppliers and sub-contractors, the public, government agencies, etc.

Smaller projects, there is usually no need to specially take care of identifying stakeholders and the management of relationships with them. As the project has become more and more, it tends to have more stakeholders who ought to require special attention of the project manager. If your project involves a potentially large and diverse community of stakeholders, it makes perfect sense to start working with them in the stakeholder analysis. In some cases, you will be useful to help in some will require immediate and direct involvement in the project. In other cases, for your benefit, it will support awareness and loyalty of stakeholders. Conducting simple analysis, you will clearly present the most important stakeholders of the project and what should be their role in the project (Andriof, 2003).

Identify stakeholders

Your analysis will be incomplete unless you first identify the most complete range of stakeholders.
