In this research paper I intend to analyze the strategic management process of Apple Inc. The paper will entail the analysis of the strategies of Apple Inc which will enlighten about the corporation and the mode of operation which has aided the company in attaining a competitive edge in a wide range of electronic items it sells. The company is said to sell the product not only locally but at a worldwide level. It sells its product via various means that is direct sales, retail stores, online stores as well as retail and wholesale sales. The company has said to make use of the differentiation strategy at a wider level. Before analyzing the strategic management process it is mandatory to have a brief overview of what strategic management is and its importance.

Apple was founded in the year of 1976. Apple is known for its designing, production, and marketing strategies for their consumer electronic products involving computers, smart phones, portable devices, digital music players and also their range of software. Their products and services can be categorized as Mac, iPod, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and iCloud. They also provide the digital content to their customers, and also various applications via their retail Stores. The company has been involved in selling their products through their online stores, direct sales force, and their own retail stores, allowing them to show their physical existence in the market.
