Introduction

The purpose of this paper is to enlighten and explore a scenario corresponding Dolly Jenkins. The scenario revolves around Dolly Jenkins who visits the office of Annie Griffith requesting for an urgent as appointment as Dolly is a victim of domestic violence issues in her house. In the scenario it can be observed that Annie has been asking Dolly to confront her position and justify the reason that can be stated for her recruitment. Annie not only wants to convince herself regarding the recruitment decision; but, she has to be answerable in front of her top hierarchy in order to justify the grounds on which she granted a job to Dolly. The scenario states that according to Dolly, she has been living with her boyfriend since last couple of years. They also have a baby; however, they are still not married. Dolly asserts that when she was moving in with her boyfriend she had to sell her old house as they were short of money.

The analysis of the case also asserts that Dolly was the one who paid the entire deposit of the house. In addition, there are several further financial contributions from Dolly's side in order to lead a good life with Frank Davies. Dolly also stated that she has been working; but, since she gave birth to William, she quit her job. According to Dolly, William is 4 years old now and there has been a significant change in the behaviour of Frank. According to Dolly, Frank has developed a drinking habit due to which his behaviour is changed. Dolly has been a victim of several arguments for which she is blamed. According to Dolly, one night Frank came to the house drunk and beat due to an irrelevant concern. Dolly called the police and they threw Frank from the house.

Now, Dolly has no job and no source of earning. She is a single mother of child who is completely dependent upon her. Nevertheless, Dolly also thinks that the house is not safe for her and her child. Dolly also asserts that she continuously receives threats from Frank that nobody can stop him from entering into the house. Dolly says that she was the one who paid the entire deposit and now Frank is a substantial threat for her house and child custody. Dolly asserts that she desperately needs this job in order to support herself and her child. In this case, the legal advice is required in three dimensions. Hence, the analysis of the case will discuss each and every possible requirement of the case in order to assert the optimal remedies and solutions for the case.
