Though, the study was designed basically on primary research, it involves secondary research, too as practised in every kind of research. In fact, without the contribution of secondary research no research can be conducted as literature review is the most important part of research that is added to the every form of research which is totally based on already conducted researches (Guba, 1994, pp. 105-109). The research will be based on secondary data collection. The data will be extracted from various journals, articles and books. In secondary research data will be extracted from various journals, books and articles.

Qualitative research will be used for proposed study. Qualitative research is more subjective as compared to quantitative research and uses very different methods of collecting information which could be both primary and secondary (Baxter, 2008, pp. 544-559). As already mentioned this study will choose the secondary method. The theme of this type of research will be investigative along with open-ended (Miles, 1994, pp. 41-43).

This type of research is often less expensive than outlines and is extremely effective by acquiring information (Britten, 1995, pp. 166-169). It is often the method of choice in the examples where quantitative measurement is not required. This shows the actual importance of secondary research. Similarly, in this research, literature was reviewed in the second chapter. However, the research may also be conducted completely depended on secondary research but in the proposed research secondary research only contributed to the section of literature review. The criteria of selection for the literature will be relevance to the research topic and the year of publication(Willig, 2001, pp. 111-125). Both public and private libraries as well as online libraries will be visited to access the data. Some of the online databases that will be accessed are ebsco, questia, emerald, phoenix and so on. There were different resources used in terms of collecting secondary data. In this regard, the required data was gathered from books, peer-reviewed articles and magazines. Moreover, online databases including Emerald, ScienceDirect, Interscience Wiley, JSTOR, SSRN, SAGE Online Google Books and other printed books etc were accessed for the sake of more reliable data. Regarding the nature of data, only scholarly work was accumulated which could be quoted easily. All the collected data has been referenced properly avoiding any form of plagiarism. Though, the mostly gathered data was found in descriptive manner, charts and figures were also extracted from previous conducted researches which have been added in the second chapter of literature review.

Social validation methods are relevant for the period to assess what it claims to measure. It is very important that the inside of a good external validity of goods is "fishing for communal validation procedures. The external validity of assessment methods is questionable here. One way to consider the validity of the assessment would be group validation re-evolved by a section of "experts" or officials that do not take direct part ...
