To analyze the hypothesis a survey was conducted, which includes three sections. First part of the survey was related to the demographics of the participants and the other two sections contain questions related to different physical activities and spirituality levels. Questions were asked from the participants to find out the relationship of the physical activities and the association of spirituality with the life satisfaction. Chi-Square test was applied in order to find out a better result and conclusions were made according to the results. The sample size was a bit too small therefore the whole population was considered as the sample. Different statistical techniques were used to conclude the result which proves that our research was successful and the data was appropriate enough to say that physical activities and spirituality have a strong relationship with life satisfaction.
