Introduction
The study is related to contractual relationships in the admissions and student activities. The study focuses on the admission procedure of Michael Socha who intends to enrol in a full time degree; however, his educational record is not strong in the high school. In addition, the study also focuses on the Stephanie Hammond, who is a manager for an up coming regional band. He wants to have a schedule for the band to play during the fall term in William Gates College and Liberty State College. Hence, this study analyzes the contractual relationships in regard to admissions scenario and student activities scenario for both colleges that are Liberty State College and William Gates College.
Contractual Relationship
Contractual relationship is a relationship that has its origins in signing a contract, thus, establishes obligations and rights of the parties. Almost every day we have with someone about something agree with friends, neighbours, businesses and governments etc. that is entering into contractual relations. We agree at the meeting by telephone, orally and in writing, we conclude the contract. The contractual relationship is a large area of relationships governed by law. The principle of equality of participants in relations, as well as several other features of regulation in law and is inherent in the contractual relationship. In the civil law of contract, an agreement under which arises, change or terminate civil matters. There are a large number of types of contracts, but they all must comply with two rules that include the freedom of opinion (signed), except as provided by law.
The second situation include the conditions of the agreement must not contradict mandatory rules established by law; for case in point, can enter into a contract to buy, sell or Liberty State College and William Gates College enter in the contract with the band of Stephanie Hammond. The subjects of civil law have the opportunity to decide the question of the extent and nature of their rights and responsibilities. The presence of passive due to the fact that civil law provides a number of prohibitions, for example, can cause damage to nature, to other citizens, and so active refers to the need to perform an action, for instance, to do some work (Stim, 2010, pp. 36-39).
In the current contractual relationship having a few terms that overlap, but in a sense, they differ. In different ways these terms can be evaluated legislators, enforcers, and direct participants (subjects) of contractual relations citizens and businesses. It is on such terms as: standard, standard, formulary, public, sample contracts and treaties of accession (Helewitz, 2010, pp. 7-18). Contracts are not always written, may be verbal.
