Introduction

The definition of immigration is the movement between countries. Immigration is the expression of the right to freedom of movement that is guaranteed by the constitution. The people from different cultures are what make up America. The controversy is whether America is doing a good thing by keeping illegal immigrants in or out? Many years ago, America was founded by immigrants, but nowadays people want to kick the illegal immigrants out. Wouldn't it be hypocritical for Americans to kick those who discovered America?

In Article 13.2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is enshrined the right to immigrate based on freedom of every person to leave any country, including his own. But against this law there is no reciprocal obligation of hospitality. This means that freedom of migration does not mean it that a foreigner has the right to go where you feel like, but where you want to receive. In a social organization supported by private property, individual rights are conditional, i.e. it allows access to another's property subject to compliance with the rules and pay the price, if any defendant. Thus, the right of exclusion, regardless of the criteria with which to exercise, is a legitimate exercise of a liberal and open society and a self-regulatory mechanism. (Booth, p98)

Currently, the strengthening of state security policies in United States, involving a threat to the human rights of immigrants, including legal immigrants, Due to this condition, number of people has decide migrate to another country, maybe this is related to the search of improved living standards, as a result of uncompetitive government of ensure social welfare, of course it is the duty of government of United States to ensure safety and welfare of immigrants, including employment and there should be no commitment on this issue (Barrett, 1900).

The result of travel to other countries is search of opportunities. These aspects are not only current processes, but these, have been building through the decades, with a poor distribution of wealth and of course the complex government policies that impede the country's economic growth. The illegal migration to the United States is a consequence of the above issues, so that the violation of human rights and discrimination are triggered a new reality which the United States issued decades ago. The violation of human rights includes concepts such as discrimination, racism, domestic violence to women and xenophobia. (Borjas, p45) (Barrett, 1900).

Discussion and Analysis

It is clear that the majority cause of the phenomenon of immigration is the poverty of millions of people living in the Third World, and is attracted by the wealth of industrial societies. That's why this issue has become a major concern in developed societies.
