Agency Law

Agency law is concerned with any "principal"-"agent" relationship, a relationship in which one individual has lawful authority to proceed for another. The connections usually affiliated with agency law encompass guardian-ward, executor or administrator-decedent, and employer-employee. Agency is an affirmation, express, or implied, by which one of the parties, called the principal, entrusts to the other, called the agent, the administration of some business; to be transacted in his title, or on his account, and by which the agent supposes to manage the enterprise and to render an account of it. As a general direct, anything a man may manage by himself, except by virtue of a delegated authority, he may manage by an agent.

Cyber Law

Cyber crime is an unlawful act wherein the computer is used either as a tool or a target or both. There are different types of crimes on the Internet that have done for different reasons. The growth of the cyberspace has resulted into the development of a new and highly specialized branch of law, called as Cyber law which is The Law of the Internet or Law of World Wide Web. Cyber law helps in the following areas; It will help in clearance sale domain, site or software. It will protect from illegal copying and use. It gives advice on registration of Internet companies (online media, Internet shopping, entertainment, resources, etc.). It helps in the notarization of documents. It also provides in general advice in the field of Internet law.
