I will be using Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Skills Audit to gauge the gaps that exist to adapt the training programs to suit. The basic purpose of conducting a learning program is the development of the skill of the employee. There are two important stakeholders in this case i.e. the employee and the employer. After conducting the analysis, these stakeholders need to be communicated regarding the nature of training and the time, resources needed to complete the program. They should be taken into complete confidence regarding the program because confusion or lack of commitment in later stage of the program will lead to failure.
