Leading and managing skills are the core of management. The leading is the ability to lead and to guide and to give directions to the people and managing is guiding the people to get done the task. There are a number of leadership styles and everyone has some natural leading and managing styles. The leadership styles of a person are assessed by many aspects that may involve the personal values, self-awareness assessments that involve the locus of control, tolerance of ambiguity, cognitive style, analysis of leader behaviour and attitudes, behavioural role of leader, the fundamental interpersonal relations orientation analysis.To be an effective leader, a person must have a distinctive leading personality. This report has been conducted to do the self analysis in order to know that how much leadership skills are possessed by me and up to what level. For this purpose various tools have been used. The results of analysis have shown that I have the good leadership behaviour that can make me an effective leader in the business organizations some aspects of my personality and leadership skills can be improved and can be made better.

There are various leadership and management approaches that are adopted by the leaders and managers. Everyone has some natural leading and managing styles while in managing the business and people certain styles and approaches become necessary to be adopted.
There are many leadership styles and approaches used in business management for giving the directions, implementing plans, and motivating people to do assigned tasks. Leading is basically influencing the people and giving them the purpose and direction in way that ultimately achieves and satisfies the organizational goals and organizational missions. There are a number of leadership styles in an organization. These include:

Management skills also possess some personality traits that give the person the ability to manage the people and the works and activities. Methodology used
In making the personal analysis various tool have been used that are known as effective in analysing the management traits. The individual aspects of leadership skills are analysed by using the tools as well by using the views by the people with which we spent time and interact with them. The 360 degree analytical is also utilized that has helped the people in giving their opinion about my personality and about my leadership skills. Besides 360 degree other tools are also used that are significant in their respective area or aspect in management and leadership.
