Introduction

The best leadership example in the Bible is portrayed by the character of Moses. It is believed that Moses learned his leadership faith and principles from his parents, and from Jethro, his father-in-law (Exodus 18:13-27). Moses was a challenging leader because he contains the compound of administrative, charismatic and conflict resolution qualities, which lead him to the leadership of GOD's world. The study of Moses leadership qualities is best to provide rich application for me in order to walk on his defined path.
