With his experience Lincoln had developed skills that are useful in complex and tough situations. After his assassination people took long time to realize his ability to lead and guide his people in tough and complex situations.

Why

In this paper I will be considering Abraham Lincoln for his leadership qualities and styles. Lincoln is consider as one to the most influential and powerful leader in the American history. The purpose I choose his personality for this paper is his role model as a leader.

Every aspect of Lincoln's management style is defined by taking instances from his leadership during the war.
