Role of teacher as a leader

Abstract

In this research proposal we are going analyze the importance of the role that a teacher plays for enhancing the performance of the organization. It would not be wrong to say that a teacher plays the role of a leader, as a teacher is responsible for achieving an extensive amount of targets which includes; teaching the students, along with motivating them. Teachers also play the role of leaders, it is essential for all the leaders to know their value and worth.

Role of teacher as a leader

1. Introduction

The topic of leadership has been one of the most debatable topics. There are an extensive amount of people who belief that leaders are born not made and therefore state that leaders have the potential qualities given to them right at the time of the birth. All these qualities are God gifted, and it is these qualities that make an individual stand out, and become a great leader.

2.2 Critiques Conducted

Various theories related to leadership have provided the broad range of explanation and critiques related to the impact of leadership on followers thinking, behavior, performance and motivation. Critiques, which have been conducted regarding leadership, have provided me several conclusions, although these conclusions are limited that can restrict to validate or verify the relationships of cause and effect composed in different leadership theories (Hammond 1999).

Another common criticism related to research of leadership focuses on the methodology of research, which have been utilized to examine the impact of leadership on the performance of follower, Previously research have focused on the several attempt to explore the complex issues of leadership for using the correlation of bi-variate. These conclusions are also limited to accumulated leadership, critiques involved in these includes, lacking of temporal procedure, sampling error, and failure for manipulating independent variable of leadership for examining the outcomes of performance (Fink, D 2003 pp.105-128).

2.3 Objectives Re-Defined

In this research I have tried to determine the impact of the leadership training program in educational organization out comes and the return on leadership training investment. I have explored the leaders' learned skills on their performance and the sustainability of leadership competencies.

2.4 Hypotheses Developed

First hypothesis developed in this research includes the return of the leadership training program is higher the any other training the leadership training program has direct and indirect impact on organization out comes out comes, and The return of the leadership training program has very high impact in performance evolution strategy and government employment ...
