Introduction

Defining diversity management from an organizational perspective requires first a definition of workplace diversity itself. These definitions of diversity have evolved significantly over time. Early efforts defined diversity almost exclusively in terms of race and gender differences in the workforce.

In this research study, we try to explore the concept of managing the laws in the diverse areas of work field. There are two cases discussed in the study that defines the concept of having a proper and managed Human Resource management system in the company. The main focus of this research report is on the exploration of the legal issues that are related to both cases in relation to the provision of advice to the company of all the possible legal claims that they may face. Further to this, study will also elaborate the guidance level on the strength and validity of the actual and potential claims and the grounds on which they should be resisted.

This research is primarily based on the case analysis regarding the employment termination of two people who are laid of their jobs due to organization structure change. The management has decided to bring about the change in the operation structure of the company due to which most of the people were laid down unfairly. The research case will analyze the factors in depth in order to drive out the legitimate results in a win-win way.

Further, the case analyses will also determine the type of employment laws that can be used in the contextual manner for the use of constitutional affairs. This would help the student to understand the basic techniques and laws to be used if such cases prevail.

Considering the general summary of the paper, the paper will start with a brief introduction to the employment laws related to the work force diversity in terms of the type of people who are working consideration with the problem they are encountering. Here, the two cases that we will be discussing include the dismissal on leaves due to sickness and dismissal on unfair change in shifts; therefore, we would be discussing the laws about the dismissal on leaves and dismissal on organization change.

The next part of the research will state laws that are used in UK regarding those two cases, what are the amendments done along with some examples, and what do people do when they actually go through this phase. In line to, this next part will discuss the individual detailed case analysis which would include all that is required in the research report.
