Introduction

The issue of racism arrived recently in English football, it is the issue of racism which have taken place in English football, I think that issue of racism always remains on a steady pace, some time it faces a declining trend and sometime it has an increasing trend the situation depends on the issue depicted by the media and presented to the fans. Media plays an essential role in highlighting any of the racism issue, sometime the cases define to the fans rarely is the actions of football players and their sentences which results in the debate.

Panic and hysteria has always been a part of the racism debate and it has always been noted that it would be practical to highlight the issue now. The issue of racism has been a part of history as in the case Mandela & Or. v Dowell, Lee & Anor. (1983) 1 AER, 1062. (HL). It is not sait that allegations of abuse racist are not important; it's true that it is very disturbing and offensive act. Now these issues can be resolved, and the type of hype created by media is phenomenal this hype results in anger among fan, every expert is giving their own view about the issue some support it some argue over the issue.

The case R v Relf (1979) 1 Cr. App. R. (s.) 111 also reflects the issue of racism in the field of sports. Recent racism issue which has brought the limelight to the football racism includes the case of Suarez and Evra, in which Suarez said some racist words to Evra.
