The following case refers to Mrs. Cipollone she was 58 when she died from the lung cancer. She smoked throughout her life for 42 years. Before dying Mrs. Cipollone and her husband filed a suit on several cigarette and tobacco manufacturers. They filed the case in a federal court. They said that nicotine was added in the cigarette that causes cancer and other deadly diseases. The case refers to laws related to the business and its impact on society. The accuser acclaimed that the tobacco industry should bring safe cigarettes for the society and environment.

This assignment focuses on importance of Law in businesses and society. This case relates to how the business affects Mrs. Cipollone negatively. Corporate law in surround of regulated, legal relations can be compared to business law.
