It is observed that the employees face problems regarding their safety and health management, as in most organizations, companies do not take measures regarding the safety of workers which is an important and crucial factor for having good labor relations with the employees. Moreover, the study also focuses on the challenges that labor face and also the actions taken by the government agencies to tackle the concern of workers' health in the construction industry.
