Abstract

This paper focused on exploring the physiological mechanisms of fatigue in players due to football. This paper also makes categorical processes for recovery. Fatigue is the "Feeling of tiredness or exhaustion that occurs after performing a physical exercise”. Soccer is a sport in which the physiological demands are multi-factorial and vary significantly during a match and another match. This intensity of exercise is associated with the use of large amounts of glycogen as an energy substrate as well as Phosphocreatine degradation and to a lesser degree of ATP accumulated (during periods of high intensity in a game). There are three types of fatigue in soccer i.e. Acute, Sub-acute and Chronicle. For athletes who train regularly, any fluid loss during a session may compromise performance. Massage vigorously performed well, with a mechanical effect (negative pressure in the veins that will spread more blood in the capillaries) increases blood flow through the muscle. It is suggested that active recovery also provides an increase in blood supply to muscle fatigue, and help in recovering.

Introduction

The optimization of training through the characterization of performance factors in the activity that enables to specifically develop the skills appropriately. Athletic performance depends on the interaction between technical skills, tactical, psychological, physical sports, and many parameters such as weather, altitude, time of day, terrain conditions, the equipment used and diet. Improving athletic performance is a complex process that requires the optimization of various physical qualities.
