Introduction

Brewing is the name given for the preparation of beer. The brewing process consists of three clearly defined stages: Cooking, fermentation and aging which depend solely on the type of beer that is thought to develop, because depending on the type of beer varies the amount and type of raw material. In general, mechanical designs, electrical control are automated throughout the entire process because they increase the efficiency of operations and reduce the risks of damage from handling.
Majority beer is flavored with hops with some bitterness and natural preservation is performed by adding some other flavors like fruits or herbs however they are included occasionally.
