Juveniles should not be charged as adults because of their immaturity, they are often subject to physical, sexual, and mental abuse by the other inmates, who tend to prey on the smaller and weaker prisoners. The Juvenile Justice System should be Different; Juveniles need to be treated differently from adults, and there needs to be Justice Systems.
