Introduction

The review of the literary works targeted on the Phenomenology of the Integration of Faith and Learning. The results from the analysis indicate the incorporation of trust and studying is essential to learners. The teacher connections with learners variety from “pastoral individual style” (Sites et al., 2011) to a “struggling trust style” (Sites et al., 2011)

Discussion

Integration of faith and practice is “the natural out flowing of a person's spiritual essence” (Sites et al. 2009). The integration of faith and practice is most effective when the professional expressed faith implicitly rather than just explicitly.

The conclusions of the research article reflect the biblical teaching of living out one's faith in life as expressed by the Apostle Paul in Philippians 1:21, “For me to live is Christ”. The professors were not chosen by their students because of any particular spiritual activity they performed when students were present; they were chosen because they were committed, devoted followers of Christ.

The professors expressed their desire to continue to grow in their daily walk with God and disciple other followers of Christ into a deeper knowledge and experience of the Christian life. Growing in our relationship with the Father is done privately through reading and meditating on the scriptures and prayer. Publicly, the professors chose to get to know their students outside the classroom by listening to them and genuinely desiring to care for them.

The students recognized the professors as being real and not superficial Christians. The professors were not only knowledgeable of their content but reflected the character of Christ in the presentation of content area. Jesus was a teacher and used various means to communicate to his followers ...
