What is the function of schooling and how does schooling contemplate the stratification system? In this paper I will be utilising two sociological perspectives confrontation idea and communal exchange theory. Conflict Theory is founded upon the outlook that the basic determinants of misdeed are the communal and financial forces functioning inside society. The lawless individual fairness scheme and lawless individual regulation are considered to be functioning representing wealthy and mighty communal elites, with producing principles directed at commanding the poor (Princiotta, Bielick, & Chapman, 2004, 52-99).

The lawless individual fairness establishment aspires at enforcing measures of ethics and good demeanour conceived by the mighty on the entire of society.
