A jogging group is basically formed when people who go to jog in the same park develop some kind of association over a period of time. Subsequently a group is formed, the members of which walks and jogs together while talking and discussing all kinds of matters. Other than that, jogging group may provide safety support to the members, expanded social circle, career benefits, motivation boost and thus improved performance. So it's becoming quite an influential group in the society.
