1. Head of Mobile Operations:

Scope:

To plan, direct and manage the performance of the company's operations, as dictated by the overall strategy agreed by company, so as to maintain and

develop business growth in accordance with the agreed business strategy.

Job Duties:

Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure

The organisation maximises its short, medium and long-term profitability and returns to its shareholders

Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company's strategic and operational plans

maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison on all company affairs at a level acceptable to the board

Qualification and Experience:

A relevant postgraduate business qualification (CA, MBA or equivalent tertiary qualification). A CFP or CFA would be highly advantageous. Minimum of 10 years finance and operations experience.

2. Services Coordinator:

Scope:

The telecommunications services coordinators are responsible for all the telecommunication systems, both telephone and network, on campus including but not limited to: troubleshooting telephone problems, working with users, and analyzing and resolving problems.

Job Duties:

Provides information to telecommunications users and recommends the most cost effective and efficient telecommunications services and/or equipment configuration to meet specified user needs.

Monitors all service requests through completion resolving any discrepancies that may occur.

Coordinates the taking of physical and perpetual inventories of all university telecommunications services and equipment.

Qualification and Experience:

Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Knowledge of the capabilities, limitations and deficiencies of various types of telephone services equipment.

3. Services Coordinator Assistant:

Scope:

The telecommunications services coordinators are responsible for all the telecommunication systems, both telephone and network, on campus including but not limited to: troubleshooting telephone problems (this involves researching the telephone database), working with users, and analyzing and resolving problems.

Job Duties:

Compiles user requirements into service orders for installation, moves and changes; reviews work orders of other staff; submits orders to appropriate service vendor or agency.

Receives, investigates and resolves most trouble reports and full range of user complaints concerning telecommunication services and/or equipment.

Documents service procedures.

Coordinates the taking of physical and perpetual inventories of all university telecommunications services and equipment.

Qualification and Experience:

One year of telecommunication services experience; Knowledge of personal computer operations and functions.

4. Telecom Order Processer:

Scope:

This role is primarily of Telecom Order Processing and Telephone Dispute Management and Resolution. He/She should be able to meet the SLAs outlined by the client and as per the guidelines.

Job Duties:

Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Ensure that the assigned targets are in accordance with SLA are met.

Provide the relevant process reports on a daily basis

Qualification and Experience:

Candidates must have excellent communication skills.

Experience with telephone service providers

Any experience in telecom auditing, telephone bill management, and TEM helpful.

5. General Manager:

Scope:
