Job Analysis - Financial Accountant

An individual in this position can be charged with the responsibility of receiving cash in the cash register while entering information into a computer database. This may be combined with the task of disbursing cash to personnel on the basis of memos. More generic responsibilities observed to be present include the monitoring of compliance and the recording of cash proceeds to the bank.

Supplementing responsibilities include the preparation of documents in accordance with the order of cash transactions in the state. The financial accountant prepares payment orders and carries out correspondence with banks so that the process of transferring or depositing money from company accounts can be made in lieu of monetary settlements and transactions.

Financial Accounting refers to external accounting with bookkeeping and accounting.

Tasks in Financial Accounting are monitoring, documentation, financial condition and results of operations, as well as accountability and the preparation of choices.

A Financial Accountant is a specialist in financial and tax matters.

He systematically records the company's financial situation.

The Financial Accountant is responsible for the presentation of the balance sheets drawn up to the authorities and the company management.

In order to properly manage finances, the Financial Accountant must continuously analyze the recorded finances of previous years. This requires knowledge of the techniques that help to find the company's development pace and direction; so that productivity sinks and challenges that hinder development can be addressed. Basic operations in which a Financial Accountant needs to be proficient include the determination of the cost to the company and the evaluation of achievements and/or failures. A competent financial accountant is required to take charge of the corporate accounting system, and to use it for routine monitoring (for example, using balanced scorecard systems) for the analysis of statistical data and forecasts for the future.

In the same vein, I realize that I get easily distracted if another professional work comes up; thereby losing focus of priorities and dividing my attention. My acknowledgment of this fact enables me to pay more attention to minor errors and direct my efforts to resolve them so that the productivity of larger efforts is not jeopardized. I do not trust others n terms of professional matters and that often hinder my leadership abilities.
