In this study we try to explore the concept of “Jean Watson Theory” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “Jean Watson Theory” and its relation with “Nursing”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “Jean Watson Theory” and tries to gauge its effect on “Nursing”. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for “Jean Watson Theory” and tries to describe the overall effect of “Jean Watson Theory” on “Nursing”.

Introduction
The developments in the area of health care around the globe have escalated workloads and the responsibilities of the nurses. The nurses must have knowledge about dealing with increasing complexity and acuity of the patients', depending on the situation of their health. In spite of such difficulties, it is compulsory for the nurses to find ways to maintain the high level of their caring and the nursing theory of Jean Watson's theory can be described as essential to this concept. She has used the concept of carative to distinguish the established remedial factors of the field of medicine.
