Introduction

Everyone has a right to live life to the fullest. We all have different dreams and aspirations, the pursuit of which leads to a satisfied living and personal content for a lifetime. While we are in the age of acquiring education, we develop an aim of our life, be it being an engineer, a pilot, a doctor or a teacher. As we enter practical lives, we see that aims are not always fulfilled. One has to settle for less sometimes. While we did use our potentials to pursue those dreams, sometimes we end up doing completely different things. This assignment is based on Janet's scenario where she is not ready to compromise and want to do better things with her life. She believes in aiming for the stars, and though her present job is secured enough; she wants to attain greatness in life. She believes in her capabilities and this realization compels her to be a businesswoman rather than just doing a job.

Janet is a young single professional who needs our assistance about her professional and career guidance. Currently, Janet works as a manager at a local paper supply company where she earns a sum of $45,000 per year. Though she is content with the job security of her current position, she aspires to achieve more in life. She believes that her true capabilities are still not being utilized and so she wants to dream big. She has this aspiration of opening up her own business of stationary and greeting cards. The only hindrance that she fails to this pursuit is the involvement of a substantial amount of financial risk with the business.
