Mr. Jerry and I both started our interviewee session in a comfortable and formal setting as it was a job interview. The interview took place at Mr. Tom's office, an inviting setting with large, open windows. MR. Jerry and I were sitting at a large round conference table in the conference room. Before the formal start of the interview, we had a small, casual introduction to each other. The overall interview was pretty smooth and, there was no exchange of unpleasant or sarcastic words.
