International Trade jeopardizing American Jobs

Most Americans feel that American employees are getting little advantage from the growth of international trade. They are not convinced that trade creates a snare increase in jobs. They are also not assured that trade raises the quality of new jobs and, even if it does, a majority does not seem that this offsets the disturbance initiated by mislaying jobs (Jacob, 2007). Generally they do not feel that US trade policymakers are giving sufficient concern to the needs of employed Americans.
