Our client Calidad Coches has recently acquired Belizean Auto Rentals (BAR) which operates seven properties with a similar market focus in the Belizean region. As a Expanding strategy by our client with more service territory our client can can offer its clients the exceptional service which they expects.
And therefore, Our Client Calidad Coches, Inc is currently looking to recruit members of the site management team which primarily includes site managers for their nearly acquired rental site in their neighboring country of Belize. the site managers will be held accountable for supervising and monitoring all of the business operations in Belize, the site managers will ensure that all targets and Key Performance Indicators are attained and accomplished by optimizing customer service, maximizing the fleet utilization and by minimizing the costs associated with the operations of the newly acquired rental site located in Belizean region.
Responsibilities and tasks
Management of and accountability for all contract and commercial activities for the rental sites located in the Belizean region.
Review of proposed Contract Conditions and terms by potential customers, provision of appropriate qualifications/exceptions for inclusion in Tenders and taking responsibility for Pre-Contract Award negotiations.
To provide support and guidance to Management, based at operational and strategic level with regard to any contractual and commercial issues that may arise, including the resolution thereof.
Provision of support and guidance to potential customers with regard to Terms and Conditions of Contract to be used in Subcontracts, taking into account the requirements of the Main Contract and company policies and procedures.
Conduct in-house Contract and Commercial Awareness training for Management and Supervisory personnel.
Support project close out activities and negotiations
To be responsible for contracts & agreements with agents, joint venture partners etc.
Qualifications & personal attributes
Degree or Higher National Certificate in engineering or commercial discipline.
Previous supervisory experience is essential, preferably within the Vehicle Rental industry environment.
Detailed understanding of contractual and commercial terms, including tax, insurance and intellectual property terms.
Ability to evaluate contractual and commercial risk, and to formulate strategies to avoid or mitigate the risk.
Proven ability to negotiate terms and conditions with clients and subcontractors.
Have the ability to perform in a pressurized environment and be a team player and builder and able to manage staff.
Proven ability to manage a group of people, including interviewing, recruiting and appraising of personnel.
