Being a government staff member my area of concern is to see how my surroundings are working and whether they are helping in generating effective as well as potential outcomes or not. Sir, I am writing this advocacy memorandum to you in order to appeal for the betterment in intergovernmental relations in education so that best possible outcomes can be generated. What government structures are being applied along with accountability standards as well as capacity building are the three major elements that need to be focused on so that our society can actually generate effective outcomes. In order to make any nation successful as well as strong enough, main area of concern should be to look at every single detail regarding education methods as well as strategies in order to come up with the best possible solutions too. Our society i.e. United Kingdom is the one where people are actually living tough lives. They are all equally participating in a race where aim is success, fame and money. All these three elements are only possible if educational standards are properly managed as well as regulated. Thus, government is actually termed as the responsible source who can improve the educational standards in order to enhance the efficiency of our nation. My aim here is actually to propose some important standards along with useful strategies so that best possible outcomes can be easily generated and educational system can be improved to a greater extent. Intergovernmental relationship between the government and education should be directly proportional to each other and this is termed as one of the only best possible method with the help of which level of education can actually be enhanced and can help in generating effective outcomes as well (Spring, 2004) .
